Khalid Shamis lives in South Africa with his wife and two children and runs his production company Tubafilms from Cape Town. Khalid has lectured at the WITS University in Johannesburg, holds the South African Guild of Editors acronym and has acquired numerous awards for his work. His feature length documentary, IMAM AND I, was received to critical acclaim.
